We will gather where the Jungle meets the Sea, to explore the dance between masculine and feminine, and deepen our capacity for intimacy and pleasure.
Together we will create a safe container, where we are able to express our fears and insecurities, and liberate deep buried beliefs.
To melt the barriers around our hearts and reestablish trust.
A combination of somatic embodiment practices and rituals will guide us out of the mind and into the body, from thinking to feeling, from distraction to presence, from disconnection into connection.

We had many women share that they never went naked swimming in their life’s, ashamed of their bodies, and that one of the most powerful moments of the journey was, finally letting go of that shame and being barred skinned loving their bodies.

Conscious sexuality is not our focus but a component of our retreats.

Due to the financial liabilities that come with hosting a retreat, we are not able to provide refunds. In the case of cancellations, a voucher valid for a year will be provided unless the cancellation is within two weeks of the retreat start date.

In this Journey Breathwork will be our focus.
Breath is the vehicle by which we process emotions and one of the most profound human transformational forces, it offers us the opportunity to travel within the realms of our subconscious and help to release old memories, holding patterns and traumas.
This practice helps us again to listen from within to our own wisdom to find the clarity we are longing for.
Breath is one of the most potent agents to open a locked heart.
Together we will be exploring:
1. The Power of Breath – acquire different breathing tools to live a balanced life.
“If you want to change the way you live, you have to change the way you are breathing.”
2. Fear and Anxiety- Study different techniques that help you to calm your nervous system and release stagnant energy.
3. Trauma- Learn the breathing technique to release the cell memory of trauma from your body.
4. Anger – Use Breathing tools to explore what is hiding underneath your triggers and open your vulnerable essence.
5. Vital Force – acquire the tools to increase your vital energy, protect your life force and strengthen your boundaries.
6. Sexual Energy – Use breathe to direct your sexual energy and enhance a life filled with pleasure
Is this a facilitator training?

This week is a breath immersion and not a facilitator training. It would be against our values to hand out certifications in one week. You are more than welcome though to use the breathing tools you will be learning with your clients.
They are powerful agents of transformation and the more of us share them, the more seeds of love & truth we plant.

Due to the financial liabilities that come with hosting a retreat, we are not able to provide refunds. In the case of cancellations, a voucher valid for a year will be provided unless the cancellation is within two weeks of the retreat start date.
